GIANNI PETRICCONE
was born in a small town in the heart of Abruzzo. A country where the artistic stimuli were repeatedly evoked by historical, geographical and architectural .

After completing his studies of maturity, a graduate surveyor, already evident in recent years a strong tendency for all forms of art , especially for the drawing. Suddenly he decided to dive into, from complete self-taught , in the world of paintings , starting from scratch and going ahead with its capabilities. He joined the faculty of architecture attending the first three years and bringing great interest, affinity and results, but various reasons have forced him to leave and devote himself full time to painting.
From here began , with continual improvements and findings, his art , culminating in being able to define today's highly refined art in his " figurative ."
His choice was among the most difficult for both the difficulties involved in this style of painting for the fact that he is completely " self-taught " .
